How do I connect? Install Girderly for Gmail or Outlook, open an email, open the Girderly side panel and choose Connect → Xero. Sign in to Xero, approve, and pick the organisation you use with this inbox. You need a Xero Standard, Adviser or Admin user with the Connected apps permission.
Does Girderly keep a copy of my Xero data? No lasting copy. Girderly reads it live, holds it briefly in a short-lived cache, and stores only your encrypted connection. See our Privacy Policy.
What does Girderly change in Xero? Only what you click: saving a note, adding or editing a contact, creating or approving a quote, invoice, bill or purchase order, recording a payment, logging time, attaching a file, or creating, editing or closing a project. It never deletes or voids anything.
Can I use more than one Xero organisation? Girderly connects one organisation at a time. You can switch by reconnecting.
How do I disconnect? In Girderly’s Settings, or from Connected apps in Xero. Disconnecting revokes Girderly’s access.
