Girderly for Real Estate · Coming Soon
Girderly for Real Estate — coming soon.
The deal happens in email — lender, title, escrow, buyer, seller, agent, all in your inbox. But the transaction file has to be complete. We’re building Girderly for real estate so every email and attachment lands on the deal, in the transaction-management software your brokerage already runs — so the file stays complete, without the chase.
In development — not yet available.
Why it matters.
A complete, current transaction file is what keeps you paid and keeps the broker clean. Many states require brokers to keep transaction records for several years; in Texas, that explicitly includes substantive communications with the parties — for at least four years (22 TAC §535.2(h)). The email that documents a deal is part of that record.
What it will do.
Catch the updates where they already arrive — your inbox — and put each email and its attachments onto the deal in your transaction-management platform, using your own login, so the file stays complete and nothing lives in five places. Girderly will keep no lasting copy; the record stays in your own account.
Coming soon.
We’re building it now. Leave your email and we’ll tell you the day it’s live.

Girderly helps you keep your records where they live — in your connected platform. Retention, security, and audit export are features of that platform, not Girderly, and Girderly keeps no lasting copy of your data. This is general information, not legal, tax, or compliance advice; retention requirements vary by jurisdiction and by contract.
